The Spoon River NAVHDA Chapter will hold its second UTILITY TEST EVENT on September 30th - October 2nd, 2006. The entry fees for the 2006 Fall Test have been set as follows:
$85 for NA (Natural Ability)
$105 for UPT
$115 for UT
Participants not belonging to the International NAVHDA organization will be assessed an additional $20 fee.
The test will be filled on a first/come, first/served basis. Total refunds will be given 60 days prior to the test. 50% of the application fee will be refunded for cancellations within a 30-60 day notice period. There will be no refunds within 30 days of the test, unless there are extreme extenuating circumstances. If a test is filled, a waiting list will be started, and people will be added to it after their application form and fee are received.
